SOY ON TRACK IS A JOINT EFFORT.<\/b><\/p>\n

\n Imaflora is the developer and responsible for managing the Project and the\n Platform.\n<\/p>\n

\n Different organizations have contributed to the development of tools and\n actions for a deforestation-free soy chain. Some of these\n organizations are partners with Imaflora in Soy in Line.\n<\/p>\n

\n On the other hand, other organizations may only become users of the\n Platform. They will be able to stay informed about the progress of\n the implementation of commitments and tools.\n<\/p>\n

\n Depending on their expertise and interest in supporting the development of solutions\n and actions, these organizations can become partners of Soy in Line, if\n they wish to do so.\n<\/p>\n

ABOUT
IMAFLORA<\/h4>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Institute for Forest and Agriculture Management and Certification (Imaflora) is a non-profit civil association created in 1995 under the premise that the best way to preserve tropical forests is to give them an economic purpose, combined with good management practices and the responsible management of natural resources. Marina Piatto<\/h4>\r\n

As the Executive Director of Imaflora, Marina has a degree in Agronomic Engineering from USP - ESALQ, a master's degree in Tropical Agriculture from the University of Bonn, Germany, and has worked for over 15 years on agricultural chains and climate change. At Imaflora, she managed the Agriculture, Livestock and Climate Projects area. In 2020, she took on the role of executive director and is dedicated to building networks and strategies to increase deforestation-free production and promoting low-carbon agricultural practices and social rights in the commodities sector, such as soy and livestock in the Amazon and Cerrado.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Lisandro Inakake<\/h4>\r\n

Inakake is an agronomist and has worked at Imaflora since 2009 with agricultural certification, land use monitoring, traceability and rural development. As Project Coordinator, his aim is to increase the transparency and credibility of supply chains through the implementation of good agricultural practices, environmental conservation and social safeguards.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Caroline Anelli<\/h4>\r\n

Project Coordinator, a sustainable development specialist with experience in agri-food systems, socio-environmental impact analysis and human rights. With a Master's degree in Political Economy from the University of Manchester, she is dedicated to promoting production chains free from deforestation and conversion, combining applied research and strategic coordination. Through her work at Imaflora, she seeks to strengthen the socio-environmental commitments and corporate policies of the soy value chain in the Amazon and Cerrado.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Sofia Bosque<\/h4>\r\n

As a socio-environmental analyst, works towards eliminating deforestation and human rights violations. A forestry engineer, licensed in Agricultural Sciences from ESALQ, has worked in Environmental Education and sustainable rural production and community forest management in the Amazon and ecological restoration and silviculture of native species in the Atlantic Forest.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Mauricio Forlani<\/h4>\r\n

Biologist with a Master\u2019s degree in Zoology (USP) and experience in biodiversity conservation, socio-environmental project management, and institutional engagement. He has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as Senior Coordinator for Multistakeholder Agreements, promoting sustainable practices and collaboration in Brazil\u2019s agricultural sector.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
